The Department engaged I&A to undertake a review of the current process and based on this provide recommendations as to a “best fit” future solution.
In addition, I&A were asked to formulate the input required for a Tender document to be distributed to suitable vendors facilitating the procurement of appropriate software and associated services to deliver the desired outcome.
Over its 23 years of operation, I&A has formulated its own methodology in completing such briefs. This methodology includes;
- Gaining an understanding of current processes and systems that were in place.
- Identifying deficiencies of current processes and systems and additional functionality that the organisation required.
- Recommend a “best fit” Future State solution.
